Reworlding

City North

about

A street party is disrupted by the sudden arrival of a silver wattle tree.

Step into the year 2050, where Naarm Melbourne has grown into a sprawling megacity grappling with climate change, societal shifts, and evolving technologies. Reworlding City North is a two-day, streetwide climate action LARP connecting Indigenous Language, Knowledges and Cosmologies with urban play, creative placekeeping, and embodied learning.

setting

Players will shape the city’s regeneration by joining factions, gathering resources, solving puzzles, and working together on creative solutions for regenerative futures. Could Melbourne survive as a megacity? We’re closing a street for three days of urban play to find out.
Who will you be in 2050?
